The terms governing the contractual relationship between you and Freezing World Storage Co. when requesting or using our services.

Preamble

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between Freezing World Storage Co. (the "Company" or "we") and its customers (the "Customer") when requesting or using our services. By using our services or website, you acknowledge full acceptance of these terms.

Services Provided

The Company provides specialized storage services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

  • Frozen Storage — temperatures down to −18°C and below
  • Refrigerated Storage — moderate controlled temperatures for sensitive products
  • Dry Storage — pallet system for goods that don't require temperature control
  • Loading and unloading services
  • Inventory management and logistics reporting
  • 24/7 environmental monitoring

Contracting Process

1. Service Request

The Customer submits a request through our official channels (phone, WhatsApp, or website) and receives a detailed quote covering: storage type, area or pallet count, duration, and applicable rates.

2. Acceptance

The contract begins upon the Customer's written acceptance of the quote (via WhatsApp, email, or direct signature) and payment of the agreed deposit, or signing of a formal contractual agreement for long-term contracts.

3. Contract Duration

Annual, monthly, or per-pallet contracts are available based on Customer needs. Renewal requires both parties' agreement, and the terms in our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are determined by storage type, volume, and contract duration, and are stated explicitly in the quote
  • VAT (15%) is added to all prices in accordance with Saudi regulations
  • Invoices are settled per the agreed schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
  • Late payment grants the Company the right to suspend service after a 7-day written notice

Company Obligations

The Company commits to:

  • Providing a storage environment compliant with the agreed specifications
  • Maintaining the required temperature stability around the clock
  • Documenting inbound and outbound goods and issuing periodic reports
  • Securing the necessary coverage as required by regulation
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding Customer data and inventory
  • Providing 24/7 operational support for emergencies

Customer Obligations

The Customer commits to:

  • Providing accurate data about stored products (type, volume, nature)
  • Ensuring goods quality and integrity before handover
  • Not storing any legally prohibited or hazardous materials without prior disclosure
  • Settling financial obligations on time
  • Notifying the Company of changes to planned inbound/outbound operations
  • Adhering to agreed loading and unloading hours

Liability & Force Majeure

The Company exercises reasonable care in safeguarding Customer goods. The Company is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by the nature of goods or pre-existing defects
  • Force majeure events (general power outage, natural disasters, political events)
  • Indirect losses or lost profits
  • Goods not accurately disclosed

The Company's maximum liability in any claim is the value of services paid for the disputed period, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality & IP

All commercial data and information exchanged between the parties is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. Trademarks, logos, and content published on the Company's website remain its exclusive property.

Governing Law

This Agreement is subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi judicial authority.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Amendments are published on this page and take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes implicit acceptance.
